Allocations Support Unit
The aim of the Allocations Support Unit is to create and sustain a safe and peaceful living environment for the community of South Dublin County Council by actively tackling anti-social behaviour through prevention, enforcement, support and rehabilitation.

What is Anti-social Behaviour?
Anti-social behaviour is any type of unacceptable behaviour that prevents people from enjoying a safe and peaceful existence in their home and/or community. It includes any breach of the Tenancy Agreement by a tenant of South Dublin County Council.
Anti-Social Behaviour is defined by South Dublin County Council under the following three categories:
Category A- Drug Activity:
The manufacture, production, preparation, importation, exportation, sale, supply, possession for the purpose of sale or supply, or distribution of a controlled drug.
Category B- Non-Drug Related Criminal Activity:
Includes: joyriding, violence/harassment/intimidation, racism, vandalism, selling alcohol.
Category C- Other:
Includes: squatters/illegal occupiers, noise/disturbance, children nuisance, pet/animal nuisance, physical condition of property.
A legal definition of Anti-Social Behaviour is found in the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1997.
What to do if you are a victim of Anti-Social Behaviour

Freephone 1800 200 245 and leave a message with details of anti-social behaviour or;
Complete an incident report form and returnto our Customer Care Centre in Tallaght/ Clondalkin Civic Offices, or
Call to one of our clinics which are held at the following locations:
Killinarden Community Centre - Every Friday 11am-12noon
Glenshane/Rossfield - 12 Brookfield Court, Every Friday 11-12noon
Fettercairn Community Centre - Every Wednesday 10.45am – 11.45am
Ronanstown Youth Centre – Every Tuesday 11.30am-1.00 pm
Clondalkin Civic Offices - Thursday 10am-11am
Whitechurch Community Centre - first Thursday of month 11am-12noon
