Loan Accounts

The loan accounts section manages your loan account and is responsible for the collection of loan repayments, acting on behalf of the Housing Finance Agency, as well as rent repayments on the rented equity portion of Shared Ownership loans.

We calculate your mortgage repayments which includes application of mortgage interest relief at source and interest rate changes.

An annual review for income-related loans is carried out during which we also assess whether you are eligible for a subsidy under the shared ownership or affordable housing schemes.

Loan Arrears Management

Our loan arrears management team monitors loan accounts to prevent arrears occurring and actively pursue outstanding repayments and arranges suitable repayment methods for borrowers who fall into arrears.
